Bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, property adjusting and claims management. From that experience, Karey has developed a deep, expert-level understanding of home inspections, property conditions, and damage assessments. Specializing in roof claims, water losses, fire damage, mold remediation, and disaster-related claims such as hurricanes and tornadoes, he brings a comprehensive skill set that allows him to evaluate, diagnose, and report on the true condition of a property with unparalleled accuracy.

Karey and his wife Dee have been married since 1993, and have lived in the city of Montgomery for 30yrs.
