Precision and Care in Every Inspection
ProVantage Inspections, LLC, founded by Lee and Sherry Rushing, has a simple practice … to inspect a home for every person as if we were buying it ourselves and treat our clients as friends. Lee’s dad used to say, “I don’t do business with just customers, I do business with friends.” We focus on building long-lasting and satisfying friendly relationships.
Lee Rushing, TREC #21601, received his Professional Inspector education through the Champions School of Real Estate in Houston, Texas. He grew up maintaining and repairing his dad’s rental properties and was in attics and on roofs and repairing walls, windows and doors at a young age. Lee’s family has owned a beach house, bay house, and historic home in Galveston which have given him years of first-hand experience with a variety of structures. Ask Lee about the two homes he has personally owned that have given him a lot of good experience to be an inspector you’d want looking at your property – two floods, major foundation damage, and total gutting and renovation!
We focus on building long-lasting and satisfying friendly relationships.
Lee enjoys walking new construction sites, inspecting homes and properties, and has a good eye for detail that can help you make the right decisions for your purchase.
Designing and coordinating the construction of a personal custom home helped Lee see from the ground up all the way to completion what it takes for helping clients with phased and new construction inspections. For six years, Lee drew the plans, hired the contractors, and oversaw the construction of multiple commercial office space projects in Class A high-rise office space in Houston, Texas.
In addition, Lee is a past member of Toastmaster’s International, receiving his CTM and ATM certifications and is a regular speaker for social organizations, churches, meetings and seminars, and groups and clubs of most any kind. He would be delighted to speak for your organization or meeting!
Lee is a graduate of Howard Payne University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has done post graduate work at the Jerusalem University College. He has been very involved for many years with missionary work and preaching the Gospel in Texas and all over the United States, and internationally in Brazil, Peru, Nigeria, and the Dominican Republic.
Lee and Sherry have been married since 1980, have three sons and three grandchildren, and live in the Lake Conroe area of the Houston area. Lee is a fourth generation Houstonian and enjoys conversing with anyone about Houston and Galveston history. They have the two best pets in the world – Oscar the Dachshund and Capone the Cat (they both take care of our snakes and varmints!).
